Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of care, make independent decisions and act on those decisions with positive outcomes for wound, ostomy and continence patients. Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and collaborate with Patient Care Directors and staff across the hospital to evaluate patient care and drive positive outcomes. Guide clinical practice, identify educational needs and participate in development and revision of standards of care.
