Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Marketing Managers, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

  • Develop K-12 ( Kindergarten to Grade 12 ) sector marketing plans and calendar for all provinces.
  • Coordinate with culinary teams to establish K-12 program offerings.
  • Communicate with operations team to inform them of the marketing programs.
  • Build Marketing Action Plans for each program and promotion.
  • Compile marketing packages for both electronic and print distribution to the field.
  • Create excitement around available marketing programs and promotions with operations and supporting departments.
  • Manage internal incentives criteria, communication, and fulfillment.
  • Work in collaboration with our internal design team to create marketing assets for monthly programs and promotions including email marketing, social media and print.
  • Provide social media marketing content and strategy.
  • Maintain strong collaborative working relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Support with unit specific or client specific requests above and beyond available marketing promotions or programs.
  • Support additional projects and programs in other sectors within Food Service & Hospitality.

  • At least two years of experience in marketing with a degree/diploma or specialization in marketing.
  • Experience with retail communications and tools such as Canva and Mail Chimp.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience; you have a customer focused, "can do" and "customer is always right" attitude.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • You have an energetic, outgoing, and proactive approach.
