CORE COMPETENCIES The Finance Administrator should demonstrate the following core competencies at all times: Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills while working effectively at a fast pace Comprehensive understanding of invoicing and all invoicing systems used by Compass Group Canada Able to work both independently and as a team member to accomplish tasks by the required deadlines; follows directions from management to ensure team success Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times through both written and verbal communication; displays professional body language Displays critical thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze data points and verify accuracy promptly Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with unexpected situations. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, including written and spoken language is mandatory. Ability to speak French and/or second language considered an asset. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Secondary School Diploma and minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant environment.
