In this position as the Supervisor for Lab Support Services, you'll have the opportunity to interact with multiple levels of hospital leadership while leading an expanding team, currently numbering 70 dedicated professionals who collect specimens from and test our patients. Provide oversight for departmental workflow and technical accuracy, scheduling, and training all while displaying proficient Word and Excel skills in this highly visible position. The shift for this position is Days with flexibility to connect with Evening and Night shift staff plus weekends as needed, as inherent in a leadership role.
