Job Summary: As the Vice President of Digital Production at ESPN, you will be responsible for overseeing production and operations for ESPN's digital platforms, ensuring the delivery of original video and podcast content across various channels including YouTube, Live Streaming on the ESPN App, and ESPN+. Leading a team of over 60 producers, editors, talent, and operations staff, you will manage staffing, logistical planning, and budgetary oversight. Your role will involve driving the digital and social video content strategy, maintaining proficiency in the latest trends and technologies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to expand audience reach and revenue opportunities. The p rimary location of this position is Bristol, CT with Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY and Charlotte, NC as optional. Responsibilities:

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA is $229,026 - $307,230 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
