We are looking talents for our Plant in Milenio for the position of:

Engineering Project Manager - Irapuato (Milenio) Plant

Managerial full-time position.

Location: Milenio Plant (Irapuato).

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Project Management, Engineering degrees preferred.

Qualifications: 2 to 4 years in similar roles as Engineering Project Manager or similar roles managing projects.

Description

We want engineers who can handle dynamic work environments and who know how to think outside of the box. You will be leading a Major Capacity Increase Projects from design phases to Construction execution work. Leading a multifunctional teams with several interactions between our internal and external resources.

We rely on our engineers in manufacturing to manage and execute projects, build new facilities, install new processes and packing equipment, implement new technologies to the highest of standards. If you would like to be a part of this challenge and you are passionate about inventing, developing, reapplying, and innovate, then this role is perfect for you.

From the beginning, you will be leading meaningful projects and guiding teams that will impact the production of globally recognized branded products.

Your role as Project Manager:

  • Lead current and future engineering projects; the scope will include facilities, utilities, machine transfers delivering outstanding and highly efficient systems at our manufacturing sites.
  • Set direction and manage cost, schedule and resources for different projects.
  • Lead Project reviews with key stakeholders and Project Leaders.
  • Learn and Master on P&G Project Managent tools, Capital Systems, Cost Control and Construction methodologies.
  • Key player to guarantee the Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF) in the manufacturing products. How? Giving feedback on the change controls, during the design stage, owning the action plans derived from investigations of quality events, deviations or nonconformities on the area of operations, and finally, respecting and supervising compliance with the standards of cleanliness, behavior and clothing established in the different areas.

Job Qualifications

  • Live in Irapuato or willing to be relocated.
  • With 2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Team orientation, "can-do "attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
  • Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others
  • Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
