We are looking talents for our Naucalpan Plant for the position of:

Health Security & Enrironment Manager - Naucalpan

Managerial full-time position

Start date: as soon as possible.

Location: Naucalpan

Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

Profile: Graduated from any Bachelor's Degree or maximum 5 years confirmed experience in industrial Security, Health, Safety and Environment area.

Description:

At P&G, our industrial security group is responsible for Project Analysis to evaluate the controls and design required to comply with legal security requirements.

Leadership skills to manage people and influence an entire organization

Experience for the implementation of Legal program to ensure compliance in a systemic way.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Experience to implement the Safety program in Manufacturing Plants:
  • Risk analysis
  • Risk mitigation by: Design / Engineering / Procedures / Personal Protective Equipment
  • Development of skills at all levels in relation to Security
  • Generate a safety culture, give and receive feedback on safety behaviors
  • Development of safety campaigns to improve the culture
  • Implementation of the Test, Inspection and Maintenance program for security devices

Job Qualifications

  • Available to work in Naucalpan, Estado de México.
  • English Advanced (Conversation and writing)
  • Have graduated with a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the field of Industrial Security, Safety and Environment.
  • Experience to implement the Safety program in Manufacturing Plants:
  • Risk analysis
  • Risk mitigation by: Design / Engineering / Procedures / Personal Protective Equipment
  • Development of skills at all levels in relation to Security
  • Generate a safety culture, give and receive feedback on safety behaviors
  • Development of safety campaigns to improve the culture
  • Implementation of the Test, Inspection and Maintenance program for security devices.
  • Project Analysis to evaluate the controls and design required to comply with legal security requirements.
  • Leadership skills to manage people and influence an entire organization
  • Experience for the implementation of Legal program to ensure compliance in a systemic way.
  • Certifications related to Hazardous Work such as: Heights, Confined, Welding, Material Handling
  • Certification in safety and hygiene systems such as: Ergonomics / Chemicals / Physical Agents
  • Knowledge of Security Regulation for Mexico / USA / Europe
  • Knowledge of Environmental Regulation
  • Knowledge of Regulation on Civil Protection
