As one of our Front Office Guest Service Managers, you would be responsible for the daily operations and be held accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the front office team (bell services, valet, dispatchers, front desk, concierge, phone operations and VIP coordinators). You would actively walk the area during the majority of your shift and interact with your cast members, fellow managers, and all other lines of business to maintain the overall cast and guest experience. You will interact with our guests on a daily basis to ensure compliance with service standards. In this role, you would report to the Front Office Manager This is a Full-Time role and will be working onsite in an office located at our breathtaking Aulani resort on Oahu, Hawaii What you will do:

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
