We are recruiting for a Head of Materials Improvement role within our Rolling Stock Customer Services business, this position will be based at our Northampton depot. Within this role, you will define and deploy robust material inflow strategies across all supply chains, addressing operational requirements inclusive of modifications, refresh and overhaul programs across the business. You will take responsibility for establishing appropriate mechanisms and daily management of supplier performance to ensure timely provision of necessary parts and align with production plans for optimal effectiveness. Ensure adequate time and focus is provided in support of ongoing enhancement for material and logistics systems, processes and services throughout the Customer Service business by the deployment of established continuous improvement mechanisms and innovation.
