Summary In this position you will serve as a Program Manager on the Sex Offender Investigations Branch (SOIB) management team with responsibility for the Victim Witness Assistance Program (VWAP) and the Branch Support Unit. Qualifications TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit Promotion applicants must provide an SF50 Notice of Personnel Action that indicates proof of status and time-in-grade eligibility. To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must meet the following: Specialized Experience: Experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
