They typically perform a variety of tasks, such as: Monitoring security cameras and observing customer and employee activity Investigating suspicious activity and apprehending suspected shoplifters Conducting inventory audits and identifying potential theft or loss Developing and implementing loss prevention policies and procedures Training employees on loss prevention procedures Duties and Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and observe customer and employee activity Investigate suspicious activity and apprehend suspected shoplifters Conduct inventory audits and identify potential theft or loss Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures Train employees on loss prevention procedures Work with law enforcement to prosecute theft cases Stay up-to-date on loss prevention trends and technologies Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Fluency in English additional languages are a plus Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
