The role: We're on the look-out for an Immigration and Logistics Coordinator to join the Production and Logistics Department in Auckland, New Zealand. This role will be based in our Auckland office, reporting to the Head of Production and Logistics NZ and working closely with the extended Production and Logistics team based in New Zealand and Australia. The Immigration and Logistics Coordinator will manage all aspects of the immigration process for personnel requiring visa clearance to enter New Zealand. They will assist the Promoter Representatives in booking on ground logistics (hotels, flights, vehicles) and support the Production and Logistics team with tour related administration. Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills are a must for this role. You are able to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced and challenging environment. You are adaptable, self-motivated, open-minded and have strong relationship skills. Responsibilities:
