Salesforce Business Technology is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our BT Change Enablement and Adoption team as part of the Strategy & Enablement group. We collaborate with cross-functional teams at Salesforce to deliver strategic change management programs, ensuring that technology solutions are successfully adopted.

The Senior Analyst will support the strategy that helps make complex change easy for our internal teams, including the development of impact analyses and change management strategies, working with project teams and business partners. As a trusted advisor and coach, this position is the ultimate end user advocate that always considers the end user experience.

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Handling mid-level change programs or a significant part of a larger change program in our Go To Market portfolio
  • Developing impact analyses to establish the complexity of the change
  • Creating or significantly contributing to enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy
  • Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology
  • Working closely with project teams and business partners across the company
  • Building executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management work


Here's what we're seeking:
  • Fluency in English is required
  • 4 + years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise
  • Experience working in Sales or delivering change management programs for Go to Market based organizations
  • A highly organized, upbeat, and creative change professional
  • Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach
  • An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling
  • Proven track record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently
  • Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting edge best practices
