Ocean Beauty Seafoods hot smoking Renton facility is in search of full-time Sanitation Lead Person to work our night shift! We are producers and purveyors of healthy seafood products. Our processing operation is running at capacity. We have a full-time position available for a Lead Sanitation person. This person will perform the critical role of maintaining the cleanliness of our processing plant. This is a full-time job with benefits. The working hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am or until finished. Occasionally, there will be work on Friday often with varying hours. Pay starting between $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience. This is a perfect position for someone that prefers to work the second shift. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Directs sanitation crew in daily responsibilities Place orders on needed supplies Keep record logs Report to Plant Supervisor Uphold all standards and operating procedures Follows all company safety policies, procedures and GMP's Performs cleaning and sanitation on all production equipment, fillet tables, scales, floors, walls, storage areas, totes, containers, and product contact surfaces using pressure water hoses REQUIREMENTS: Forklift Experience Good communication skills Ability to lead a team of 3-4 sanitation employees Warehouse Sanitation Experience Need to be able to lift up to 75 lbs. with routine lifting of 25 lbs.
