Job Details Job Location Miramar Beach, FL Position Type Full Time Job Shift Any Description Qualifications Join our team at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort's Exclusive Beach Club as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and be part of a dynamic environment where you can showcase your leadership skills, passion for customer service, and love for the beach! Job Summary: The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Beach Club's food and beverage service. The role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to train and manage staff, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate must have a passion for customer service, a keen attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage service, including ordering, inventory. - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. - Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide excellent service. - Ensure all equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained. - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring all staff follow proper safety procedures. - Manage and maintain budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. - Act as a liaison between the Beach Club and the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort management team. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. - Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to work in a hot, humid environment. - Must have a valid driver's license.
