Position Summary:

Handling Internal Incoming Customer Care requests

  • Make use of internal tools in order to provide timely and accurate package information in line with processes and procedures
  • Analyse, formulate and respond to written/phone requests by providing accurate and comprehensive information in a professional manner
  • Update systems accordingly in order to ensure visibility in internal and external tracking systems
  • Follow up on critical packages and liaise with involved internal departments to ensure connectivity
  • Analyse non compliances and propose corrective actions


Handling shipments-specific requests

  • Take specific actions on the shipments including physical handling of parcels (change labels, repack, data entry...)
  • Perform different changes on the shipments such as delivery address, product codes based on incoming requests
  • Register Overgoods (unidentified shipments) in dedicated corporate database, including picture of in/out package, repack and perform data entry
  • Put all actions in place to respond to Service Recovery requests.
  • Proactive and corrective actions based on parcel non conformities
  • Take critical actions on specific shipments that can involve, but not only, field warehouse checks and physical handling of shipments in order to reach out sharp deadlines and ensure connection to destination


Reporting

  • Keep reporting up to date

  • Ensure clean, safe and well organized work area
  • Respect the H&S procedures
  • Use PPE (personal protective equipment) provided by the company
  • Report potential risks to hierarchy
