Responsibilities

Hard Rock Cafe Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, a franchise partner of Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc., is seeking a talented Retail Manager. Our operators are true entrepreneurs who manage large teams, drives bottom line results, and multi-dimensional operations that encompass fresh, made from scratch ingredients, iconic bars, live music, phenomenal events, and rocking retail operations.

This is not just another "job opportunity". So, the question is, "do you have what it takes to join the band?"

Qualifications

Got What It Takes To Be In The Band?
  • Relevant management experience as a Retail Manager with a known retail industry leader.
  • Extensive experience managing a large, diverse staff with an emphasis on training, coaching, and cultivating a teamwork atmosphere
  • Cost management experience- manage and control
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal oriented
