DESCRIPTION アマゾンジャパンのデリバリーステーション(配送拠点)では,梱包済の商品を受けとり,配送ルートごとに仕分けする作業スタッフを募集しています. 仲間と協力して仕分けを行い,お客様へ大切な商品をお届けする大切な業務の一端を担って頂きます. 下記の①～⑤が主な業務とそれに伴う動作になります.(業務割合①~④90％,⑤10％) その日の現場状況によって担当業務は都度決定いたします. ①梱包済み商品(以下,荷物と記載)の受付,荷下ろし 荷物をロールボックス(以下,かご台車と記載)からコンベアへ移動させる動作 肩より高い場所から荷物をとり移動させる動作 ②配送ルートごとの荷物の仕分け,バーコード読み取り及びラベル貼付 ハンディスキャナ(専用端末)を操作して行う(端末に表示される文字は,日本語対応のみ,「スマートフォンの標準設定で表示される文字」程度の大きさ) ③仕分け用バッグへの荷物の積み込み 荷物を上段の仕分け用バッグ(肩より高い場所)へ積み込む動作 下段の仕分け用バッグに,しゃがむ•屈伸などをして荷物を積み込む動作 ④荷物積み込み後の仕分け用バッグの運搬およびかご台車への積み込み.かご台車の移動 棚に配置している仕分け用バッグを引き出す動作 ⑤職場環境に関する活動(整理整頓,清掃,備品の補充など) 本職務は基本的に固定シフト勤務となり,勤務時間に応じて休憩が設定されています. 適性や経験に応じて他の業務をお任せすることがあります. ■職場の環境 配送拠点内はコンベアががあるため機械音の中で,コミュニケーションをとる必要があります. 配送拠点ではトラックからの搬入搬出作業を行う関係で,入口は常に開放されています. そのため,空調設備が整備されていても場所によっては,温度管理が行き届かないエリアもあります. 季節に合わせ熱中症対策(水分•塩分補給),防寒対策(カイロ配布)などを行っています. 就業の場所における受動喫煙を防止するための措置については,下記リンク先をご覧ください https://amazon.jobs/jp/internal/landing_pages/passivesmoking AmazonFC•DSでは,新型コロナウィルス感染拡大の状況において,働くすべてのスタッフ,そしてお客様を守るための対策を実施しています.
