Five Hotels: Huntley/Shoshone, Village Center, Summit, and Whitewater Inn. Work our front-line as a bellhop, front desk associate or concierge. Stay behind the scenes as a housekeeper, public area attendant, or room inspector. All positions have room for growth and advancement. 

Solace Spa is located in the Huntley/Shoshone building and is a full-service spa and salon featuring Aveda products. We are searching for receptionists, experienced aestheticians, cosmetologists, nail technicians, massage therapists and hair stylists. All technical Solace Spa staff must be licensed and able to practice in the state of Montana. 

Food and Beverage: Restaurants and outlets range from fine-dining to quick and casual with breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service available. With many options, we can find an outlet suited for your skills and personality. If you have love for fine dining and high end cuisine check out Carabiner Lounge. Are you more laid back and casual? Take a look at what the Bunker Bar and Grill on the Big Sky Golf Course, Chet's Bar and Grill, or Westward Social have to offer. If you are looking to begin your career in food and beverage give Vista Hall a try. All restaurants are looking for experience and novice line cooks, prep cooks, stewards, servers, hosts, dishwashers, and bussers. 

Retail Outlets: Open for the summer, retail locations include Big Sky Sports, Provisions, Lone Peak Logo, Burton Store, North Face, The Board Room, and the Golf Pro Shop. If you are a lover of swag and rocking the newest gear, all retail sales associates are privileged with the highest discount on apparel and goods at the Resort.  

Six-miles down Big Sky Resort Rd, the Big Sky Golf Course is located in the Meadow Village. This 18-hole Arnold Palmer Course offers everything from professional lessons to free clinics and hosted tournaments for employees and guests. If you want to spend your days on the course, apply for grounds maintenance, outside services attendant or pro shop assistant.  

Outdoor Activities and Sports: Basecamp in the Mountain Village is our outdoor activity and information hub. Resort adventures include: two zip line courses (Nature Zip Tour and Adventure Zip Tour), guided hikes, Lone Peak Expeditions, Archery, Giant Swing, and Bouncy Trampoline. Basecamp positions include Basecamp Sales Desk Associates and Basecamp Guides.

Across the Plaza, Different Spokes is a fully stocked mountain bike rental shop with downhill and cross-country bikes and Lessons and tours on our over 20 miles of lift accessible trails. Our biking positions include: Mountain Bike Guide, Rental Sales Technician, and Bike Mechanics. We are ever expanding our Bike Park and seeking Trail Crew that like to rake and get their hands dirty! 
 

Perks for Team Members! 

All full time Big Sky Resort employees receive a golf pass, with a small deposit, which includes range balls and clubs, free lift access for hiking, biking and disc golf course. Take advantage of discounts in retail, lodging and food and beverage outlets throughout the Resort. Housing Options! 

Like in most mountain towns, it can be difficult to find affordable housing. Fortunately, Big Sky Resort makes affordable, dorm styled Employee Housing available to all full-time seasonal team members. Once formally hired, you can submit an Employee Housing Application through the Housing Portal (link will be provided). 

Big Sky Resort offers newly reonovated employee housing for full time staff. The cost is $10-12/day with a $100 refundable deposit and $50 non-refundable application fee. This price includes rent and all utilities. Each room has beds, microwave, refrigerator, television, cable, internet, and a full bathroom. Our Mountain housing is conveniently located within walking distance of the Resort and the meadow location is directly behind the Golf Course. No car, no problem. Big Sky also offers a free shuttle service throughout the community and free services to and from Bozeman 
 
If you are interested in securing a lease on your own apartment or condo outside of Big Sky Resort’s Employee Housing program, we suggest actively checking Craigslist and the Big Sky Housing Network Facebook page. In addition, it may be helpful to expand your search to include Bozeman. 

Mountain Living! 

Big Sky Resort is located at 7,500ft in the Madison Mountain Range, above the town of Big Sky. Big Sky Township offers a plethora of local shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Summer activities include Music in the Meadow, Farmer's Markets, Softball and Soccer Leagues, Disc Golf Course, and many other Community events and activities that can be found here. Located about an hour from the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park, day trips can be easily arranged.
