Friendly horses, miles of hiking trails and fish-laden waters offer both the novice and experienced outdoors lover physical challenge as well as relaxation.

Stimulating seminars, thoughtful discussions, and informal interaction among guests and distinguished session leaders provide a unique educational opportunity and intellectual experience for all who seek a deeper understanding of God and themselves-lay persons as well as educators and ordained clergy.

Families may enjoy shared activities and also personal time.

Individuals are able to savor the opportunity for solitude as well as to participate in group activities.

The community, including staff of about 12, averages between 25 to 45 each session. Everyone helps in doing simple chores-kitchen clean up and tidying our own cabins.

All activities are optional, and guests are free to determine their own needs for either activity or rest. Mornings are generally the time for scheduled rides and hikes, sometimes with lunch along the trail. Four evenings a week are spent in a 1 1/2 hour seminar with the guest lecturer.

The Ranch is located just east of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The Whiskey Mountain Bighorn Sheep Unit and the Shoshone National Forest, immediately adjacent to the Ranch, offer the opportunity to view bighorn sheep, moose, elk and deer. Bird watching, from our resident osprey family to chickadees and eagles, is a favorite pastime. Numerous ancient petroglyphs are located in the valley around the ranch.
