Esprit is a dynamic outdoor adventure company specializing in whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, riverboarding, guide training, river rescue and international travel. Esprit employs approximately 35 seasonal employees from May until October, 20 of which are professional field staff operating all adventure programs. The additional 15 positions are key basecamp positions which service Esprit's guests. These positions include hostel coordinators, bar tenders, cooks, office/reservations, indoor/outdoor maintenance. Esprit International operates in Mexico during the winter months of November through until March. Six of Esprit's top guides operate 1 week, 2 week and 6 week adventure travel programs in both the states of Veracruz and Oaxaca. Additional international work is available through Esprit's affiliate companies in Ecuador, Chile and India. Year round, full time employment is available for those field staff who show a commitment to excellence in both skill and guest relations as well as show positive leadership amongst fellow co-workers.
