Jumpstart your career as a Dell Strategy Intern within our Client Solutions Group (CSG, an in-house consulting group). Over a 8-10 week internship based in Singapore, you'll influence our business and play a key strategic role in key initiatives through a hands-on project. What you'll achieve As a CSG Strategy Intern, you will work individually and within a project team to take on topics such as evaluating new product/business opportunities and identifying process and operational changes to improve business results. The internship program is a full-time, paid, development opportunity for someone interested in learning more about Dell while simultaneously developing key business skills. What our program has to offer: The internship consists of the following elements: Working in teams to deliver projects using issue and data analysis, problem solving, and communication Creating/crafting/driving strategies for Dell's approach to target markets using qualitative and quantitative research Robust networking opportunities & high-level visibility with executive leadership Project mentor(s) and peer buddy to aid in acclimating to Dell and provide insight on career development at Dell Formal performance evaluation upon completion of internship Consideration for a Strategy full-time position upon completion of the internship Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Very strong understanding of business strategies and drivers and Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction Good understanding of current technology trends and markets and Expert problem solving and quantitative analytical skills Skilled with Power Point and Excel Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges 5+ years of experience Desirable Requirements Top tier consulting experience (or work in a comparable corporate strategy group) Who we are We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
