Associate - Enterprise Growth Strategy, Planning & Network Development

We have an exciting opportunity to join NYP as an Associate on the Enterprise Growth Strategy, Planning & Network Development team. In this role, you will support the planning and activation of critical enterprise-wide business strategies and projects. You will have the opportunity to support a wide-variety of projects including but not limited to corporate strategy, network growth, ambulatory care, inpatient care, clinical service lines, and digital health. You will also have the opportunity to support high-profile senior management and board of trustee meetings.

The associate is responsible for leading complex market analyses, competitive assessments, and internal assessments and derive insights that inform recommendations and decision-making. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business/operational elements that inform project direction and execution. You will also help package and present findings and recommendations, and, as needed, support implementation of various initiatives in collaboration with operational leaders.

Preferred Criteria
  • Master's Degree in health care management, business administration or related area
  • Health care/hospital strategic planning, consulting, and/or related experience


Required Criteria
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, data management, oral and written communication, and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Tableau is a plus

$59,000-$89,000/Annual
