The Job The Core Engine team is responsible for maintaining and evolving the You.i Engine, which powers the Max Android TV application and Porting Kit. As a Junior Software developer, you will contribute to feature and product development for You.i Engine. You will work as a part of a highly collaborative Agile team to push innovation forward. The Daily Develop and maintain software applications using C++. Collaborate with other team members through Agile development practices. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings. Utilize Git and GitHub for source code management and version control. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices. Assist in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software. Work closely with senior developers and mentors to enhance your professional skills and capabilities. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to functional requirements. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. The Essentials Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in C++ programming. Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative teamwork. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
