Assistant Laundry Manager Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, Thailand Job Summary: The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for an Assistant Laundry Manager who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity. The Assistant Laundry Manager forms part of the Rooms Management Team and manages staff and assures that all Rooms and F&B linen, Guest clothing and Employee uniforms are cleaned timely and cost-efficiently. The Laundry Manager oversees all aspects of the laundry/valet department including interviewing and training of staff, developing daily production schedules, coordinating linen, uniform and supplies inventories. The Laundry Manager monitors and controls all expenses and maintenance costs and assures that financial goals are being met. The position reports to the Director of Housekeeping as well as Director of Rooms and Residences. Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
