Assistant In Villa Dining Manager Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui, Thailand Job Summary: The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for an Assistant In Villa Dining Manager who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity. The Assistant In Villa Dining Manager oversees all facets of the In Villa Dining and Private Bar Department. The Assistant Manager must supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel's guest rooms & suites. The manager is responsible for maintaining par stocks of inventory for In Villa Dining and Private Bar. They are also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising and disciplining of the staff.
