World Wide Technology India PVT. Ltd (WWT) has an opportunity available for a Recruiter, US Staffing. We are looking for seasoned US IT Recruiters who are currently based out of Pune or Bengaluru. Role: Recruiter (US Staffing) Location: Bangalore or Pune only (Applicants can work remote from either one of the cities) Important - We need applicants who are currently in either Bengaluru or Pune only Work timings - Flexible to support CST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) / PST (8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST) Essential Functions Helps support the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting and employee referrals. Responsible for learning and executing on WWT recruitment and staffing initiative Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs. Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company's applicant tracking tool. Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process Coordinates and conducts prescreening, technical interviews with resource managers. Expertise in US Visa (GC, H1B, L1, EAD, OPT, CPT) & Tax norms (W2, C2C, 1099) is mandatory Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies Establishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year Requires individual to be a team player within the Global Resourcing team. Flexible working in CST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) /PST (8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST) hours Work Experience A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in US Staffing A minimum 4 years' experience supporting with Direct client staffing A minimum 2 years' experience supporting with VMS client staffing A minimum of 8 years of IT recruiting experience strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred Experience with compensation and contract negotiations Exceptional ability to be a player & mentor while driving recruiting results Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing A passion for learning, leadership and continued education Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred - Bullhorn, Gustav, Daxtra etc Excellent communication and presentation skill Proactive attitude and work ethic
