Job Summary: Disney Enterprise Technology (DET) is looking for an individual with strong communication and technical skills to support networking and infrastructure in the New York/Tri-State Area. The Telecom Technical Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations, project coordination/implementation, contributing to design, and support of Disney wireless and voice solutions in the New York and Bristol, CT areas. This includes support of projects ranging from traditional voice, Wi-Fi, cellular, and radio systems. This individual must also have a strong understanding of outage restoration and technical troubleshooting techniques, demonstrated through experience and be able to respond to and resolve networking technology failures. The Telecom Technical Specialist works with different business units and vendors to ensure operational support of new and existing installations. This role will report to the Sr. Manager - Telecom Operations. Responsibilities:

#LI-JB4 The hiring range for this position in New York is $92,600 to $130,680 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
