Within Employee Digital and Employee Service (EDSE), we are partnering across Product, Operations, Service and Technology to manage the end to end life cycle of HR Data, enabling a frictionless, high quality employee experience. The Data Movement Product is an integral part of EDSE within India, and the Data Management Operations Lead is a newly created position aimed at providing a senior and experienced Operations executive to run, transform and align to the target operating model which is being designed. The responsibilities of the role are outlined below, and we believe that a successful candidate will likely have 15 years experience in running large and diverse operational teams with multiple and global stakeholder touchpoints and having a demonstrable experience in developing teams within Operations with a keen eye on maintaining and enriching the Risk and Control Environment and instilling Operational Discipline within teams.
