How you will contribute to our magical experience?

The Analyst Credit and Support is a vital cog in the Credit to Cash organization that ensures that proper controls are followed for new customer setup and credit reviews to be in line with compliance and corporate policy. The role helps to prevent discrepancies across the order-to-cash cycle based on sound credit due diligence and system data integrity with the ultimate goal of reducing bad debt and days sales outstanding.

The Analyst Credit and Support will be responsible for:
  • Master Data Management and New Customer Validation activities including new customer setup, address verification, multi-system synchronous data verification, data hierarchy organization.
  • Conduct due diligence of companies for new credit requests, sales orders, and company policy-mandated reviews.
  • Perform internet research in support of credit reviews
  • Prepare and communicate credit recommendations and pull reports from service providers
  • Responsible for data integrity of systems and other tasks in support of the Credit team
  • Manage expectations and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders in a high email volume environment
  • Prepare Ad-Hoc reports.
  • Responsible for special projects relating to master data and system updates.


What we need from you to be part of this story:
  • Graduate level or equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in related role; Experience in credit, billing, collection, managing data, master data management.
  • Experience with MS Outlook and Excel.
  • English at least Intermediate level and Portuguese is a plus.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
