Scope of the Role: CPQ Developer Support Engineer profile gives you the opportunity expand your expertise across the Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Platform. Mission of this role is to provide the highest level of communication to customers in need of support. The Support engineer is responsible for supporting existing customers' Salesforce CPQ instances, closely working alongside developers from other companies. The engineer analyses issues logged by customers, uses product expertise and shares best practices to drive to case closure.
