Your New Role..

The CRM Campaign Manager role sits within the marketing team for the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts Franchise.

The successful post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for email campaign management and email campaign strategy. They will be working with Marketing, Product, Content & Analytics teams, a creative agency, and a CRM agency to develop campaigns to deliver on business & channel KPIs.

Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Strategy setting, identifying target audiences and briefing campaigns
  • Work with teams to develop and build campaigns within Salesforce, and analyse campaign performance.
  • Create data-driven consumer segmentations and applying them to marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor results to continually optimise campaigns and targeting
  • Communicate and prioritise effectively to deliver against busy campaign and project schedules.
  • Partner closely with marketing, technical & analytical business teams


Qualifications & Experience...
  • Experience in consumer segmentation and marketing CRM tools
  • Prior CRM experience.
  • Ability to build & manage CRM communications with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Braze, or other similar systems.
  • Able to communicate effectively with media, marketing, and technology/development teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in clearly and effectively documenting processes and project plans.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience coding HTML is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Tableau a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics or a related field is required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable in project and timeline management: Project Management knowledge is a plus.
