The CRM Specialist is responsible for the strategy, creative development and execution of national, multi channel ConnectedDrive Upgrade communications as a means to improve conversion to sale, foster retention and generate revenue for BMW and MINI by implementing CRM campaigns across owned channels. The CRM Specialist provides campaign volume, engagement and revenue performance for all BMW/MINI ConnectedDrive Upgrade programs. This role provides requirements for and oversees central blueprint campaign development in support of BMW Group’s ConnectedDrive Upgrade business goals. Finally, the CRM Specialist is the go-to resource for target audience definition provided to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

The pay range for this role is: $74,831.00 - $87,642.00. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer.
