Unposting Date: 2024-05-16 11:59 PM This role requires full time on site presence. Your role Radio-Canada Northern Ontario is seeking a Reporter/Editor for the Sudbury newsroom. In this role, you will produce stories and perform editorial assignments related to the gathering, writing and presentation of program material for digital, audio and television platforms. Work is governed by CBC/Radio-Canada journalistic standards and programming policies. Advice and guidance are regularly available, but there is latitude for initiative and independent judgment. There is some requirement to coordinate the work of others. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required (you might be assigned to a work shift that includes occasional or regular 7 :00a.m. starts or 9:00 p.m. finishes, or ongoing/rotating weekday and weekend shifts).
