The Manager/Sr Manager, Enablement Practitioners (EP) is a member of the Global Enablement Global Delivery Org who is a passionate learning professional. You will lead a team of Enablement Practitioners (EPs) to orchestrate Learning Circles, leveraging subject matter experts (SMEs) and fostering strong regional partnerships to enhance the impact of our global enablement strategies. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between global initiatives and regional execution. Your strategic and tactical collaboration with Enablement Business Partners (EBPs) and local distribution leaders will be crucial in understanding the business needs and delivering tailored and exceptional learning experiences in the region.

The ideal candidate is a thought leader in enablement with a proven history of leading and nurturing training teams, excels as a collaborative cross-functional partner, showcases effective communication abilities, and operates proficiently and competently with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage a team of EPs, orchestrating Learning Circles to bring enablement to the local level and maximize the effectiveness of global initiatives
  • Collaborate with EBPs, Pillar Leads and Stakeholders to assess and address the learning needs of the business, ensuring alignment with global business initiatives and local requirements
  • Serve as a member of the EP leadership team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to EPs to foster professional growth and development, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Provide production support to the Global Delivery teams, ensuring the smooth execution of training classes in local hubs.
  • Measure the impact of Learning Circles, making data-informed decisions on how to continue to iterate on the program
  • Increase awareness of the Learning Circles brand, continuously selling program value to EBPs and the Field
  • Work cross functionally with Delivery Teams, EBPs, REWS, GLO, GECCO, etc to deliver exceptional learning experiences
  • Identify and engage SMEs within the Salesforce for Salesforce (SF4SF) community to tailor global content for regional nuances
  • Act as a thought leader within GDO, contributing innovative ideas and strategies to advance our enablement and training practices


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within enablement, training, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, often early in career individuals
  • Office-Based: Atlanta or New York City office preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; adept in working with senior level stakeholdersStrong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer success groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to quickly build positive relationships and work effectively with cross-functional colleagues
  • Self-motivated, accountable, diligent and resourceful
  • Change oriented. Works optimally in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to tactical execution.
