Job Summary: Tenaya Stone Spa Receptionists are responsible for meeting the needs of Guests by providing exemplary Guest service regarding Spa and fitness requests that include phone, email, and face-to-face interaction. Receptionists provide Guests with the most accurate information regarding Tenaya Stone Spa and fitness offerings, recommending specific treatments/classes to Guests while working in close liaison with the Hotel Guest Services Assistants and Front Office team of all three hotels to ensure service solutions for Guests using available resources. Additional Information: SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Casual Regular Spa Cast Members must be fully available to work Friday, Saturday OR Sunday, and one additional day during the week throughout the year. Available to work all holidays, in addition to the original three days of casual regular availability.
