Harrisons by Spencer Patrick operates within the Sheraton Grand Mirage Port Douglas and provides an exceptional fine-dining option to both hotel guests and members of the public. Location This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland. The resort comprises of 295 guest rooms, suites and villas. Department Harrisons restaurant are currently seeking 1 new Casual CDP's to join their team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: • Working with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef deliver an exceptional standard of fine-dining meals consistently • Take ownership for designated dining period and work effectively alongside the front of house team • Efficient and effective work style with high levels of food standard and compliance with HACCP at all times • Provide training for new and existing associates in the required skills and knowledge • Undertake and supervise daily food preparation in anticipation and response of service requirements All applicants must have valid working rights to work in Australia.
