Job Location Cincinnati Job Description We are looking for a Commercial Leader responsible for Marketing, Digital and Sales on Regional Customers. This role will be a critical partner to our Marketing Leader and Customer Team Leaders. This position requires a disciplined, thought leader, with experience in digital commerce, brand building and selling. The person in this role will interact directly with the P&G Sales, Account Executives, internal P&G resources, Customer and Agencies. Key Responsibilities include: Leading and Owning customer marketing plans Developing multi-year GTM strategies and commercial plans Leading and Owning customer digital strategy and plans Owning relationship with Customer leaders Owning relationship with Agency/ Media partners Qualified candidates will also demonstrate: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strategic Thinking Operational Discipline Growth Mindset An outstanding appreciation for contributing to our culture and building team connectedness An eagerness to be proactive and take initiative, an ability to think ahead, and a desire to operate within teams in a fast environment Growth mindset and a creator of possibilities Job Qualifications College or Post College Degree Previous Brand or Digital experience (5+ years) Knowledge and Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Digital Acumen Strong technical skills and a proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration technologies.
