As the Transfer Pricing professional in our Corporate Sector, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking transfer pricing compliance obligations in APAC/EMEA and other countries, including:
    • Prepare/review transfer pricing documentation as guided by local Corporate Tax team. Ensure local TP compliances for the assigned countries are completed within the given timeframe. Provide support to global tax team on preparation of country-by-country reporting, master file and other ad-hoc advisory assignments. Provide support and coordinate with external consultants on transfer pricing audits. Understand the different lines of business under which the organization operates and global pricing policies for its transactions. Work closely with the finance and accounting team to ensure completeness and full disclosure of intercompany transactions
  • Undertake other corporate tax compliance obligations in APAC and other countries, including:
    • Prepare draft tax computation for entities in accordance to local tax regulations as guided by regional Corporate Tax team. Prepare quarterly corporate tax provisions (including internal US tax reporting), tax account reconciliations and ensure that the tax balances are well supported with working papers, preparation of tax balance sheets for local tax purposes and deferred tax purposes under guidance of local corporate tax team
  • Assist with the development of new processes and ensure they are clearly documented, communicated, and delivered against success criteria
  • Work to strict and tight deadlines according to the local reporting requirements in the jurisdictions which the team supports
  • Ensure issues are raised / escalated and driven through to resolution
  • Ensure risks & dependencies are highlighted, with mitigation options presented
  • Role would see proactive participation in initiatives and projects driven by global mandates by senior tax leadership


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • CA or CA equivalent preferred with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Commerce graduates and CA inter qualified candidates with strong exposure in Transfer Pricing or good knowledge of Tax Accounting concepts may be considered
  • Knowledge of financial markets and banking preferred
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills and a high aptitude for numbers and MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
  • Excellent communication and written skills with clear, concise & logical documentation ability
  • Good analytical skills and ability to technically discuss with regional Corporate Tax teams where necessary
  • Team player with ability to work with colleagues in a collaborative manner, as well as being able to proactively progress multiple tasks independently
