This is a temporary position. The part-time Overnight Receptionist greets late and early hour employees, monitors security cameras, answers phone calls and performs clerical duties as needed for other departments. Greets and provides customer service to visitors & guests Answers viewer questions and routes calls to appropriate departments when necessary Responds to viewer emails and feedback Accepts and distributes packages from couriers and prepares packages for shipment Performs clerical functions as needed Performs other duties as assigned for all departments Orders supplies for postage meter, shipping products, etc. Ensures Postage meter is running properly, fully funded and up to date with postage rates Requirements & Skills : High School diploma Fluency in English Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners and other office equipment Compensation - $18.00/hr #LI-Onsite See above
