Apply now for the position of Accountant - Based in Riyad, Saudi Arabia.

Your role:
  • You will be responsible to coordinate with GBS team (HR, payables, receivables etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.
  • You will be interacting with business & support functions to provide accounting support during month end/quarter end closing (e.g. review of journal entries)
  • You will provide monthly accounting governance and closing activities for the allocated area and alignment critical topics with Accounting Hub
  • You will monitor ledger account reconciliations prepared by business/legal entity and follows up and clears anomalies identified.
  • Co-ordinate with external auditors to ensure timely execution/completion of annual audit.
  • You will be responsible for affiliate cost charging and initiating debit memos as per SLAs.
  • You will perform quarterly Balance Sheet reviews and investigates and clears anomalies.
  • You will execute assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company rules, regulations, policies and/or instructions.
  • Maintain and process complex entries in accordance with IFRS/GAAP requirements.
  • Implement process improvements; special projects as assigned.


Your expertise:
  • Bachelors in Accounting / Commerce, or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education / certification and experience. Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant/ ACCA (or part qualified) or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-6 Years of experience in similar role.
  • Able to demonstrate good knowledge of applying accounting regulations, principles and processes (IFRS).
  • SAP user knowledge is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong level of English communication.
