Unposting Date: 2024-05-14 11:59 PM Your role We are looking for a Videographer to join the Radio-Canada Colombie-Britannique team in Vancouver. Based on current plans, you will be assigned primarily to the weekend shift and be scheduled from Wednesday to Sunday, with your Friday assignment being as a Resource Specialist. As a Videographer, you will perform tasks related to shooting and editing news items and programs. As a Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, selecting, organizing and acquiring staff and equipment to meet the day's production requirements. Work is generally performed according to accepted CBC/Radio-Canada or industry standards, but there is latitude for independent action, judgment and initiative. Duties are performed under the guidance of the Operations Producer as well as the on-air host of the weekend Téléjournal newscasts. You may also be required to work without immediate supervision.
