Created in 2015 to align, lighten and modernize infrastructure, the Technology & Infrastructure (T & I) team is the backbone and the future forward arm of CBC/Radio-Canada. This role is a hybrid work arrangement. Work schedule to be discussed with Hiring Manager according to the guidelines defined by the department. Your role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, Engagement and EDI, as Junior Specialist, People and Engagement, you are responsible for gathering and developing written content and communications material, as well as for coordinating the delivery of consistent messaging. The goal is to build an engaging, relevant culture within CBC/Radio-Canada's Technology & Infrastructure component. As part of the People and Engagement Team, you will support internal engagement initiatives and events. You will also work collaboratively with clients and partners to research and provide ad hoc communications support. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of initiatives related to our newsletter, internal articles and other communications media. You must demonstrate a keen interest in technology and communications and have strong writing skills in both English and French. You must also be good at synthesizing information and conceptualizing technical subject matter quickly and effectively. Lastly, strong interpersonal skills are essential to create the type of engaging content required for the role. The position can be based in Montreal, Ottawa or Toronto. Key responsibilities:
