JOB DESCRIPTION We have a great opportunity for a Payroll and Compliance Manager. Under the leadership of the Vice President of Payroll, the Payroll & Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all payroll tax and garnishment activities for all the companies we serve. This role will provide technical expertise on tax and garnishment-related issues while ensuring ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, accurate tax and garnishment withholding and managing third-party vendors responsible for the accurate and on-time filings and remittance of taxes and garnishments on varying schedules. The Payroll & Compliance Manager will be a trusted advisor and positive communicator fostering continuous improvement and proactive collaboration with all internal and external business partners and positively interact with employees at all levels of the organization ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $84,000.00-133,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
