We've an immediate opening for Product Manager - Betting. What You Will Do: You will be a subject matter expert for your customer experience for Caesars Digital's product's growth as we continue to expand into the US market Own the team's roadmap. Collaborate with the Product Lead and stakeholders to develop the vision for customer acquisition products across Caesars Digital's platform Create goals for your products using OKR's.Align and prioritize requirements and deliverables with the product roadmap in accordance with the customer's needs, ROI and overall business goals Display a customer-first mindset.You have deep empathy for our customers, coupled with an approach to solving problems for them within Caesars Digital's product landscape. Use customer feedback to transform the user experience. Collaborate across all disciplines.Work closely with engineering and Data Science to develop feasible, viable and desirable solutions while incorporating Trading feedback through multiple iterations of your products Demonstrate a deep understanding of data.You are always looking to better understand our customers and find opportunities to serve them through both qualitative and quantitative insights Foster team communication.Clearly, communicate the performance of your product utilizing key communication tools like detailed mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes Requirements gathering and writing.Document and organize requirements using Agile methods like themes, epics and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria Work with engineers and stakeholders to evangelize the roadmap and deliver results What You Will Need: 3+ years developing successful digital products built on a backbone of data Experience in Agile software product delivery, preferably in a scrum setting using Jira Experience creating and maintaining roadmaps Track record of leading large-scale products from conception through to completion Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative. Proven ability to engage with engineers, data scientists, internal customers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. You enjoy learning new skills and keeping up to date with developments in technology You are highly motivated wanting to work with the best and be the best You inspire teams to build best in class B2Cproducts What makes you stand out: Analytically inclined, familiar with product performance analysis Working experience with sports statistics and modeling Obsessive about sports and/or gaming This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter Home Office: Jersey City, NJ Remote option is available for employees located in the following states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, TN, WA, WV, and Washington D.C.
