As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be the manager on the floor, orchestrating the operation while Guests are present and ensuring food quality and presentation. You will oversee multiple venues and styles of service while ensuring operational compliance with food preparation, food safety, and loss prevention standards and adherence to applicable government health regulations. You will exhibit professional excellence and drive performance through table touching, guest interaction, and team member engagement. This is a part-time position, requiring at least 3 days of availability a week. This position will report to the food and beverage proprietor. What You Will Do
