Responsibilities Provides medication management services in coordination with other health care professionals to deliver safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy to patients. Responsibilities may include assessment of medication therapy regimens, medication therapy management, medication order verification/entry, medication distribution, medication therapy monitoring, and consultation, documentation of medication therapy plans, and medication use education and pharmaceutical care services. Participates in collaborative practice and/or protocol-driven practice as appropriate. Additionally, pharmacists are active members in quality improvement, research activities, and education as described in the job specific competencies. The pharmacist will split time between inpatient pharmacy and the infusion/oncology pharmacy. Qualifications

Exemption Status Exempt Compensation Detail Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 64 Schedule Details Varying day and evening shifts. The pharmacist will split time between infusion, oncology and inpatient pharmacy.
