We are looking for an Apprentice for Cybersecurity and Networking, in central southern Italy (reference office Rome) within the Digital Industry Division in Process Automation Business Unit who will be trained in 2 years asCybersecurity and Networking Promoter. Your Challenge As Promoter for Cybersecurity and Networking your mission will be the promotion of SIEMENS Digital Connectivity solutions and business development in central southern Italy, promoting technical solutions based on high tech products such as Industrial Ethernet Switches, Routers, Industrial WLAN and 5G, Cybersecurity solutions, Remote Networks, Identification and Power supply systems. and support customers to find the best solution based on their requirements. You will work in close contact with sales force to find new customers to grow market share, keep and improve business on existing customers. Some of the main activities will be: Promote Siemens solutions in Digital Connectivity Sales support to grow market share and to consolidate the existing customer portfolio Analyze the Industrial Networks and Power systems market to find new business opportunities Support for introduction of new technologies and solutions (e.g. 5G, IoT Connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, RTLS, Cybersecurity, TSN) Show and evaluate technical features of products and solutions in the presales phase Support the sales force in the technical promotion of the Digital Connectivity and Power solutions Establish a detailed knowledge concerning the design of Industrial Networks and Cybersecurity solutions Influence the main partners and the customer's "Decision makers" To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background ITS Degree; Proficiency in English and Italian Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a changing environment Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Eligibility to work in Italy Passionate about Cybersecurity and Networking What we offer Flexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.
