Do you enjoy a blend of strategy and operational execution? The Sales Strategy and Operations team partners directly with the sales leadership team as a trusted advisor, focused on strategic planning, sales optimization and business operational support. You will collaborate with many cross-functional teams such as finance, employee success, marketing, operations, and others. This is a high-impact role, with constantly evolving priorities and demands. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead the plan to fruition. Example of projects can range from the very strategic to the very operational and focus on some of the many areas, such as Go-To-Market planning, Salesforce product playbook, territory alignment, data quality, business planning, market segmentation, sales pipeline, and business performance review.

Impact:
As a Market Intelligence Analyst at Salesforce, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to provide strategic insights and support to our business. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our company remains informed about market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to help shape our strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Presence Analysis:

Conduct digital audits to improve online presence.
Monitor social media for brand sentiment and trends.
Assess website performance and suggest enhancements.

Customer Insights:
  • Implement mystery shopping for customer experience feedback.
  • Evaluate loyalty programs and suggest improvements.
  • Create detailed customer profiles for sales understanding.


Strategic Support:
  • Recommend social media strategy improvements.
  • Document success stories and key wins.
  • Participate in strategic projects for market enhancement.
  • Email Library
  • Build industry-specific email templates with trends, challenges, and customer stories.
  • Product-specific emails for use case analysis.


Document-Win Wires:
  • One-stop solution for sales reps on won deals.
  • Focuses on a single Customer Win.
  • Highlights customer challenges and use cases sold.
  • Identifies the team involved and competitive advantages


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of sales and research processes.
Competence in market research and competitive analysis.
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
Related experience 3-4 years+ in sales research or saas sales.
