As a member of the MTE Projects Team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple programs across Aeronautics with the acquisition of Test Equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinating and driving test equipment acquisition needs from initial requirements through successful delivery to our customers.
• Working with Suppliers, Subcontract Management, Test Engineers, and Production Management in the successful design, build, and procurement of test equipment.
• Ensuring quality test equipment delivery by creating accurate and thorough SOW documents; conducting PDR/CDR with supplier and SME; verifying test equipment functionality and configuration control; and documenting records.
• Effectively planning and coordinating successfully with multi-functional teams across multiple Lockheed Martin sites in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment.

• have experience with Production, Test, Supply Chain Management, Project Engineering, or Program Management.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Project Management, Program Management, Supply Chain, and/or Engineering.
• Experience with Business Metrics to drive performance (cost, schedule, quality, contracts, change management, and/or bids and proposals).
Desired Skills:
• SAP/MRP experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with peers, internal and external customers, management, and production technicians.
• Experience with contracts, change management, or bids and proposals.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with business processes (invoicing, billing, funding, etc.) in the context of subcontracts.
• Ability to successfully participate in a fast-paced test environment and make difficult decisions under pressure.
• Ability to learn quickly, enjoy challenges, work independently, and work as part of a team.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
